    Marcelo Rodolfo Hahn CEO  
    Marcelo Rodolfo Hahn. Mr. Hahn is a businessman and our founding partner. Since our incorporation, Mr. Hahn has been one of the main members of our management. Mr. Hahn has participated in several courses at institutions known in the market, including IBGC (courses on “Fiscal Council – Theory and Practice” and “Best Practices in Corporate Governance”), as well as forums including the JP Morgan Annual Healthcare Conference in San Francisco, USA (January 2017), the Third Forum on Health in Brazil organized by Folha Eventos in São Paulo (June 2016), the Biotechnology Entrepreneurship BootCamp organized by Burrill & Company (2007), Fundação Biominas and McLaughlin-Rotman Centre in São Paulo (2007) and CPhI Worldwide (participated in all fairs since 2005), among others. Mr. Hahn currently serves as a member of our board of directors and of our board of executive officers.
    Roberto Carlos de Campos Morais COO   
    Roberto Carlos de Campos Morais. Mr. Morais holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Escola Politécnica of the Universidade de São Paulo, or USP, (1988) and has a MBA in marketing from the FIA/FEA school at USP. He completed a course for members of boards of directors at IBGC (2016) and earned a member of board of directors certificate in 2017. Mr. Morais served as a member of the board of directors at 3 Corações Alimentos S.A. (from 2009 to 2017). He also served in managing positions of companies in different industries, including USS – Tempo – Unidade de Serviços de Seguros Ltda. (from 1998 to 1999), GE Capital (from 1999 to 2000), Unibanco AIG Warranty (from 2000 to 2002), MHAG Mineração e Serviços S.A. (from 2003 to 2005) and Barrera Pharma Representações Ltda. (from 2005 to 2008). Mr. Morais served as chief executive officer of São Miguel Holding e Investimentos S.A., a 3 Corações Alimentos S.A. holding company (from 2008 to 2017). Mr. Morais has been a member of our board of directors and of our board of executive officers since September 2017.
    Douglas Leandro Rodrigues CFO / IRO  
    Mr. Douglas holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting  since 1998 from the FEAO and postgraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (The Wharton School) and the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. He also holds a MBA from Insper and has served as a member of the management of several healthcare companies, as Pfizer, Wyeth and RaiaDrogasil, and more recently as CFO indicated by Pfizer for Laboratorio Teuto. Since 2018, Mr. Douglas has been a member of our board of executive officers.
    Eliza Yukie Saito Quality and Control Officer  
    Eliza Yukie Saito. Mrs. Saito holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemical pharmacy from the Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas e Bioquímica Oswaldo Cruz and a postgraduate degree in biotechnology from Universidade Mogi das Cruzes. Mrs. Saito worked in the area of quality management at our Company (from 2001 to 2011), Bunker Indústria Farmacêutica Ltda. (from 1999 to 2001), Instituto Terapêutico Delta Ltda. (from 1999 to 2001), Brasmédica S.A. (1998) and Laboratórios Biosintética Ltda. (1986). She has been a member of our board of executive officers since 2011.
    Roberto Altieri CLO  
    Roberto Altieri. Mr. Altieri holds a law degree from USP with a specialization in public and private law. He has been our legal advisor since 1995 and has served as member of our board of executive officers since 2014. Mr. Altieri has also acted as a legal consultant for different companies, including Agropec Comercial Exportadora S.A. (from 1994 to 1998), Ariston Indústrias Químicas e Farmacêuticas Ltda. (from 1999 to 2000) and Arese Pharma (in 2008), among others.

    Rodolfo Alfredo Gerardo Hahn. Mr. Hahn holds a bachelor’s degree in economic sciences from the Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1965). In 1966, he founded Laboratório Terápica Paulista Ltda., subsequently renamed Ariston Indústrias Químicas e Farmacêuticas Ltda., where he served as chief executive officer until 2007. Mr. Hahn has been a member of our board of directors since 2011 and currently serves as its chairman.

    Antonio Carlos Buzaid Independent Director  
    Antonio Carlos Buzaid. Mr. Buzaid holds a medical degree from USP, where he received the Rockfeller Foundation award for the best student in the core subjects. He completed a hematology and oncology fellowship at the University of Arizona, where he received the Eleanor B Connel award for the best fellow. Soon thereafter, he became an assistant professor at Yale University and served as medical director of the melanoma center and co-director of the lung cancer center at Yale University for four years. He then became an associate professor at the MD Anderson Cancer Center Hospital and served as medical director of the multidisciplinary center for melanoma and skin cancer for five years. At the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mr. Buzaid received the teacher of the year award. In 1998, he founded the oncology center at the Hospital Sírio-Libanês in the city of São Paulo with Dr. Raul Cutait and Frederico Costa. From 1998 to 2010, he served as director of the oncology center at the Hospital Sírio-Libanês. In 2011, he became general director of the Antonio Ermírio de Moraes oncology center at the Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa in the city of São Paulo. In November 2015, he became a management committee member at the Dayan-Daycoval oncology center at the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. Mr. Buzaid serves as an independent member of our board of directors since September 2017.
    José Antonio Miguel Neto Independent Director  
    José Antonio Miguel Neto. Mr. Miguel Neto holds a law degree from USP (1985). From 1989 and 1990, he worked as a lawyer at Stroeter, Trench e Veirano Advogados and from 1985 to 1989, he worked as a lawyer at Johnson and Johnson S/A. Since 1990, Mr. Miguel Neto has been a partner at Miguel Neto Advogados. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Miguel Neto was a tax and fees court judge for the Treasury Office of the State of São Paulo. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Miguel Neto served as president of Interlegal – Global Network for International Law Firms, headquartered in London. He also served as a member of the boards of directors of Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias – CCR, Salomão e Zoppi Laboratórios de Diagnósticos S/A, Banco Fibra S.A., Chímica Baruel S/A and FLC – Lâmpadas, among others. Mr. Miguel Neto serves as an independent member of our board of directors since September 2017.
